What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and schedule a consultation.

• Information you give us. When you complete the design quiz or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, and email address if you provide one, along with your answers about rooms, style preference, motorization, and timeline.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This includes pages viewed, approximate location by city or region, device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you. It is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

• To contact you about the consultation you requested and prepare relevant samples.
• To quote, schedule, measure, and install your project.
• To understand which pages and services people find useful, so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

We share it only where it is needed to do the work or run the site:

• Service providers who process form submissions, host the site, and provide website analytics, acting on our instructions.
• Manufacturers and installers, where an order requires it to be fulfilled.
• Where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and we limit access to consultation requests to the people who need them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
