Tucked against the Wasatch near Big and Little Cottonwood, many Cottonwood Heights homes have dramatic canyon views and big glass that takes strong afternoon and reflected mountain light. Solar shades protect finishes and cut glare while keeping the view, and cellular shades add insulation for the cooler foothill evenings.
Known as the City Between the Canyons, Cottonwood Heights sits on the east bench between Big and Little Cottonwood, with a mix of 1950s first-subdivisions and newer homes oriented to the Wasatch. Elevation and strong afternoon and reflected mountain light make west-facing glass the main thing to plan around.
Neighborhoods we serve in Cottonwood Heights: Greenfield Village, Cottonwood Ridge, Steffensen Heights, and the canyon-mouth neighborhoods.
That UV hits your floors and furniture every afternoon, and glare washes out the mountain view you bought the house for. Solar and cellular shades cut the heat and glare while keeping your Wasatch view intact, and cellular shades insulate your windows year-round to help lower your energy bills.
