West Shade Co designs and installs custom window treatments for Park City mountain homes and cabins.
Ashley comes to your home with samples and looks at every room in its actual light.
You explore the options together and land on what fits. We measure every window precisely.
Your coverings are made to your exact measurements by trusted makers like Alta and Graber.
We install everything and program any motorization. Professional installation is always included.
Park City homes are built around the mountains, with big walls of glass, high ceilings, and intense sun and snow-reflected glare at altitude. Motorized solar and cellular shades are ideal here, cutting UV and heat, adding insulation for cold nights, and handling the tall, hard-to-reach windows a mountain home is full of.
Park City runs from 1800s miner's cabins and Victorians in the Old Town historic district to large modern ski homes in Deer Valley and Empire Pass with expansive glass for the slopes. At altitude, with heavy snow and intense sun, window performance and insulation matter as much as the look.
Neighborhoods we serve in Park City: Old Town, Prospector, Park Meadows, Deer Valley, Empire Pass, and Silver Springs.
That UV hits your floors and furniture every afternoon, and glare washes out the mountain view you bought the house for. Solar and cellular shades cut the heat and glare while keeping your Wasatch view intact, and cellular shades insulate your windows year-round to help lower your energy bills.
